Merchant Banking Associate Programme for Graduates

Are you a graduate with a strong interest in finance? Our international Associate Programme is dedicated specifically for you! The Programme is a 15-month, specialised training course designed to give junior bankers a profound knowledge of Merchant Banking and to help you expand your network in the field.       

As a participant in the Programme, you will receive extensive on-the-job training during a series of internships spent in various cross-border business lines. As the Programme unfolds, you will focus on the specialised banking area of your choice. 

Coaching is provided by senior professionals. You will also attend a number of training courses based on a customised training curriculum. In order to broaden your perspective, numerous Merchant Banking and Fortis-wide activities are offered.
