Fortis relocates to State-of-the-Art new flagship building in Spencer Dock, Dublin (18/06)

FORTIS Prime Fund Solutions, a subsidiary of Fortis Bank NV, is pleased to announce that it has relocated to its new flagship building ‘Fortis House' in Spencer Dock, Park Lane, Dublin 1 on 18th June. Fortis is the second business in recent months to move to the Spencer Dock Development. The building has 90,000 sq ft in office space and will initially house over 200 of its Dublin staff.

The architectural layout for Fortis Prime Fund Solution's headquarters evolved from the desire to create a modern working environment for staff of the highest quality which is friendly and efficient and offers Fortis the required flexibility into the future. Fortis House consists of nine floors and has a staff restaurant, coffee dock, training rooms, fitness room and changing facilities. Support facilities such as meeting rooms, service areas, tea & coffee stations and breakout spaces are also provided for in the new building. Workstations are primarily in an open plan arrangement with close proximity to external facades nearest daylight and views creating a bright and relaxed environment for Fortis staff. The AV and multimedia solution in the boardrooms and training rooms consists of leading edge equipment.
