ForPro Client Portal

The ForPro Client Portal is our proprietary platform.

The ForPro Client Portal's advantages include a large product scope, secure access, user-friendly navigation, personalisation capabilities, 24/7 availability from anywhere in the world, and a dedicated Customer Care Desk. Most of our products and services are available via this platform.

Request Access

The ForPro Client Portal is aimed exclusively at professionals. Users need to register first in order to gain access. There are three kinds of access, depending on your services profile and security needs. 

In order to receive access to the full range of services offered on the ForPro Client Portal, including transactional applications, please follow the steps below:

1.  Read the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms and Conditions
     (For Fortis Luxembourg clients: please refer to the following Terms and Conditions)

2.  Download the User Acceptance Form (UAF), or complete it by electronically filling in the pre-defined sections, e-mail a copy to yourself, and send two hard-copies to your customer care desk.
     By completing the UAF, you accept the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms & Conditions.
     (For Fortis Luxembourg clients: please refer to the following UAF)

3.  Return the UAF to your Fortis contact person or to the Customer Care Desk.
     Customer Care Desk contact details can be found in the UAF or on the bottom of this page.

If you are interested in FX Options, please use the UAF - FX Options Addendum.
To modify user entitlements in relation to our online services, please use the UAF-Addendum.
To request additional accounts for an existing user, please use the UAF-addendum (new account).

To request a password to access the research services offered on the ForPro Client Portal, please follow the steps below:

1. Please read the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms and Conditions

2. Complete the online Research Access Request (RAR) form and submit it to us. 
    By submitting it, you accept the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms & Conditions.

To request Smart Card access to the full range of services offered on the ForPro Client Portal, including transactional applications, please follow the steps below:

1.Read the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms and Conditions.

2.Download the User Acceptance Form (UAF) and complete it.
   By completing the UAF you accept the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms and Conditions. 

3.Return the UAF to your Fortis contact person or to the Customer Care Desk.

Please contact your Fortis Sales Representative or the ForPro Customer Care Desk to define your services profile and assess your security needs.

Customer Care

The Customer Care Desk is the touch point between you and the ForPro Client Portal. Its aim is to resolve any problems you may encounter and to ensure that you receive high quality service and advise on our products and services.
