Fortis Private Equity is an important international player in private equity transactions involving buyout capital (management buyouts, management buyins), growth capital and replacement capital.

Thanks to the worldwide network of Fortis and the market knowledge of our local private equity teams, we support the development of our portfolio companies. Considering the local presence of our investment teams, we can closely monitor and assist our portfolio companies. Meanwhile we have access to the Fortis network with all its international divisions and skills.

Our investment teams are based in Brussels, Utrecht, Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, Madrid and Hong Kong.
